Monday, week 1

Monday is a difficult day for many people to go to the gym. Start your Monday off with these exercises that are not too hard on your body.

I love the Bird Dog because it is easy and effective for just about everybody. This is a great “go to” exercise if your back is feeling tired or sore.

Do 10 reps for each side and repeat for 3 sets.
Do 10 reps for each side and repeat for 3 sets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you get bored of the simplicity then add a crunch with the Zipper version.

Do 15 reps per side, and repeat for 3 sets.
Do 15 reps per side, and repeat for 3 sets.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Don’t forget to stay hydrated during your workout.

Do 10 reps per arm, and repeat for 3 sets. Try to keep your hips level.
