Deltoid Muscle Exercises
In human anatomy, the deltoid muscle is the muscle forming the rounded contour of the shoulder. There are three deltoid muscles per shoulder.
- The anterior deltoid are commonly called front deltoids for short.
- The lateral deltoid arise from the superior surface of the acromion process of the scapula.
- The posterior deltoid, or rear deltoid, arise from the lower lip of the posterior border of the spine of the scapula.
Monday is a difficult day for many people to go to the gym. Start your Monday off with these exercises that are not too hard on your body.
I love the Bird Dog because it is easy and effective for just about everybody. This is a great “go to” exercise if your back is feeling tired or sore.
If you get bored of the simplicity then add a crunch with the Zipper version.
